I loved taking long walks around Southwater Country Park and visiting the nearby Knepp Castle Estate. it made my stay both relaxing and enjoyable as a single traveler who appreciates being close to nature and stunning scenery.

had a lovely stay here, the setting was super quiet and peaceful. the room was separate from the main building which was kinda nice. tea and coffee tray was a nice touch and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. enjoyed the fish and chips in the restaurant, really good! would deffo come back again.

only had a few issues tho, like there was no extra loo roll in my room and i had to ask for some. also, the cups from the tea tray weren't replaced the next day, so i had to phone for them.

The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean and equipped with a functioning TV. the kitchen was left in a poor state with disgusting old food, and there was a dangerous broken glass lamp in the bedroom. There was also no management present to address these issues, which made for a frustrating experience.

Just a reliable pick for a holiday in Horsham with good value. The staff were very nice and welcoming in the pub. Bring your own snacks as the menu was limited.

Our stay for two nights turned sour quickly. The room felt neglected, and we found the nearby local crowd overwhelming. Unfortunately, we decided to leave after one night due to poor service and an unclean environment.

Some cobwebs and dust hinted at a lack of recent care, and sound-proofing between the stable room and the hayloft was inadequate, causing disturbances from upstairs. Those melted candles stuck on the windowsill added to an overall feeling of neglect.
